My Approach

We will all face difficult points in our lives that require us to extend grace, patience, and self-compassion to ourselves as we navigate these challenges. I am a strengths-focused therapist, with the goal of providing a supportive environment for you to feel your emotions freely. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, in which you should feel empowered to provide your own insight while we challenge cycles of behavior or thought that no longer serve you. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults (ages 10-35) who are navigating day-to-day stressors, anxiety, ADHD, relationship/communication issues, and family conflict. I have experience working with clients experiencing passive suicidal thoughts. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based interventions to guide my practice. Additionally, I take a warm, non-judgemental approach and use humor where appropriate as a valuable tool in the therapeutic process. I am passionate about my clients and your success, and will tailor my approach to fit your needs and promote a more positive outlook on your future. I am dedicated to providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for clients within this community.

Today's the day to make a change.
